Booth fee includes:
- one 6' skirted table with two chairs
- internet access via WiFi
- Lunch and refreshments for up to TWO booth attendants
- Company logo on the ASCA website for 12 months and promotion in event print materials
Winners Circle prizes are mandatory for all exhibitors.
The Resource Gallery area is incorporated into the main delegate plenary area of the Grande Ballroom.
Exhibit operating hours are:
Friday April 28th 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm AND Saturday April 29th 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Set up: Friday April 28th 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Take down: Saturday April 29th at 3:30 pm
